Brian Anthony Peluso
Is a renowned Creative Executive and accomplished entrepreneur, having worked for some of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands…He Made a name for himself as a dynamic and diverse designer for the USA Olympic Dream Team, The NFL, NBA, NHL, WWE, and all the “Big Boys” in the apparel space, as well as Coca-Cola, Gillette, BMW, m&m’s, Hasbro and scores of other household brands.
Brian has a background in sports and athletics and is an avid outdoorsman, bringing a true “insiders perspective” to everything he creates for the Brothers In Iron brand.

Brian weaves together a tapestry of sophistication, street-smarts and stoicism to inspire, intrigue and innovate.
Mike Elias Nabbout
Is an Ivy League, NCAA, division one football player for Columbia University. As a student and young entrepreneur, Mikey dedicates his life to hard-work and getting 1% better everyday. He served as the Captain of the 2022 Massachusetts SuperBowl Champion, St John’s Prep football team, where he led by example and cultivated a culture of hard work, commitment and camaraderie that transcended the field. He also has experience in the medical field working at Global Care Medical Group as well as having experience in the finance world working for The Cheetah Capital private equity firm.
Coming from immigrant parents he appreciates opportunity, values virtue, respects ethics and embraces challenges. Mikey is committed to building this Brotherhood and this Brand into something that people can be inspired by, benefit from and truly belong to.
